The gardens abundance thrives in its all organic environment which has been carefully curated by the owners through the past 20 years, they've landscaped and personalised the exterior with exotic and edible plants from around the world:- South facing garden the orchid; olive, almond, cherry, lemon, lime, lime caviar, pomegranate, avocado, nashi pears (Asian), conference pears, red and green apples, nispero, plum, mandarin, banana, mango among other fruit and nut trees can be found in this area of the garden. The garden is covered with fruits, all grown completely organically. Strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrants, several varieties of chilies and lemon grass; herbs currently growing: thyme, culinary sage, rosemary, oregano, lemon balm, lemon verbena, parsley, basil, coriander, chives, mint... the list goes on. When it comes to the exotics most are mainly of Australian origin due to the climate and their being a lot of xeriscaping with succulent and cacti. The mature areas of the garden are composed by a grand variety of trees including weeping willow/salix, jacaranda, magnolia, callistemon, eynthia, wisteria, shinus, molle (false pepper tree), cyprus, etc - as well as a varied amount of grasses. The front-facing exterior side of the property has been carefully designed with tiles and fountains by the famous landscaper Jean Volk, from Amsterdam.
