Finca - Cortijo in Monda

Beautiful country house situated on the outskirts of Monda with very good access and beautiful mountian views. Although the plot is relatively small it has over 20 types of fruit trees including kiwis, avocados, pears, nisperos, lemons, grapes, tangerines, oranges, figs... The house is divided into two and are totally independent from each other: On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a storage room. On the upper floor (which is accessed via a staircase from the barbecue area) there is a private terrace, open plan lounge-kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A staircase could be placed inside the house to join the two houses. Outside there is a summer kitchen, covered terrace and a private swimming pool. The finca has town water, community water and electricity. There is an automatic irrigation system for the garden.
