Wonderful country house in an idyllic location with incredible views of the mountains. The house is located on a plot surrounded by nature just 10 minutes by car from Coín or Alhaurin el Grande. The house is distributed in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a kitchen open to the living room. The living room has air conditioning and fireplace and direct access to the terrace. In front of the house we find a beautiful south-facing salt pool, a barbecue and a laundry room. It has several plantations of orange, avocado, and lemons, but most of it is avocado, which makes a profit of up to 15,000 euros every year. On the plot we find 3 wells, 2 of their own and 1 communal well to irrigate the field.
